Class News: 

In addition to our the usual beginner and Intermediate classes, we hold monthly Master Classes on the first Thursday of each month which are designed for dancers who are experienced intermediates needing some further inspiration and ideas to broaden their dancing horizons. Barton Hall is a really superb venue with a massive sprung dancefloor, full bar, seperate chillout area, an 8 speaker PA system creating balanced & uniform sound levels throughout the large hall which means there are no excessively loud or quiet spots. The venue also has a fully integrated lighting sytem to enhance the atmosphere and great vibe at this venue.

*The monthly  Masterclasses are held on the first Thursday of each month in the seperate Assembly Hall whilst the main Intermediate class is being held in the main hall. On the weeks there is a Master class, we will not be teaching a spotlight move, but will extend the intermediate class to include more technique and styling tips. There is no extra charge for these additional classes.

Please note that it is a requirement of our insurers that all people are registered as members to take part in any of our classes or events. The venue is less than a mile from Junction 2 of the A3M. It is also easily accessible from the  A3, A27 and M27

The venue is run by Jo who looks after the whole team and is always on hand to answer your queries. Jo is passionate about ensuring everyone who attends Barton Hall has a great night out. On our our reception desk you will also meet Angela who looks after membership and registers your attendance on the night and is really friendly with a permanent smile on her face.

The Teacher team is made up of Nick Gard, Richard Oliver and Jo Hughes. All are fully qualified Ceroc teachers and have loads of energy and enthusisiam to ensure all the classes are  full of fun and humour which makes learning the moves so much easier! After the classes,  the teachers are available to answer  queries  and are always up for a dance.

Our full taxi dancer team will look after newer dancers during the evening and host the beginner practice session after the Beginner 's class.

Chris Shewell is our versatile team member who sets up the whole night, helps out with the practice session and is the ultimate multi-tasker! 

Music on class nights is provided by Chris Atkins.  Chris is now one of the top main room DJs chosen to play at the national weekenders. As well as Djing, you will also see Chris on the dancefloor, so grab him for a dance.
